The Data Center Technician ensures that servers in JetRails data centers are at their operational best. Your task is to ensure maximum uptime for end users by performing routine maintenance, identifying and fixing problems, and ensuring adequate server and parts inventory. This position is for individuals who are diligent, careful, curious, and enjoy working with different types of data center hardware including servers, switches, routers, who love rebuilding servers and rewiring network racks.

Experience working in a Data Center Technician/Engineering role
Experience as System Administrator of a Linux Operating System such as Debian, Ubuntu, or Centos
Fundamentals: DNS, Networking, IP routing
Familiarity with scripting languages
Experience with troubleshooting in multi-user environments
